Eckley Cemetery is south of Hayesville on County Rd. 1754, off US 60. Joseph Bryan, Sr. came into Baltimore, Maryland. He purchased quarter section of land in Ashland County on Sept. 26, l814. Marian Richmond has a copy of the deed.
