Ann Arbor News Obituary, 12 Feb 2003: Laura was a graduate of the University of Michigan, A.B. 1933, A.B.L.S. 1934, and A.L.M.S. 1940. Laura was a long time Librarian at the University of Michigan Medical Library. She was also a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Daughters of the American Revolution. Laura was very active in the study of genealogy and committed to its advancement.
Laura married Willard Leslie Hawke. (Willard Leslie Hawke was born on 8 Jan 1898 and died in May 1970.)
