Notes from Jeff McCray:
Harry Warren McCray and Ruby McCray were my grandparents. From the 1940s to their deaths, they lived in Columbus, Ohio, first on Deming Avenue, then later on Deland Avenue. Ruby Kathryn McCray was an accomplished accordian player, and did at least some professional work with some of the bands of the day. She died on Ju;y 20, 1980 in Corning, New York, while visiting her daughter, Bonnie McCray. Harry Warren McCray was a carpenter during his life, and noted for his strong work ethic. He died on March 2, 1996 in Columbus, Ohio.
