Ralph Mickel Obituary: "He had worked for the Ford Motor Co. in Ypsilanti and Ford Farm in Macon for 22 years, retiring in 1972. Previously, Mr Mickel had worked for the Hayden Mill Co., the Talon Zipper Co., and the Universal Button Co. in Tecumseh for 10 years.
He had also worked for Michigan Milk Producers Association and was a co-owner of a well drilling company for several years."
