Grace Eileen Rothlisberger

  General Notes:

In the 1040 census Grace Rothlisberger was living with her parents at 19360 Williams in Erin Township, Macomb County, Michigan. Erin Township no longer exists and the street was renamed to McKinnon. Eldon Coller, Grace's first husband, lived at 19340 Williams (McKinnon) which was next door to the Rothlisbergers. The part of Erin Township Grace and Eldon lived in became the city of Roseville. The original homes are still there.

CLEARWATER - Grace E. Schroeder 85, of Traverse City and Clearwater, Florida, passed away Monday, October 10, 2005 in Clearwater, Florida. Grace was born to LeRoy Peter Rothlisberger and Florence (LaDuke) Rothlisberger in Detroit on December 12, 1919.
Grace was united in marriage to Glenn H. "Bud" Schroeder on September 1, 1951. In February 1967, they moved to Interlochen, when they owned and operated Bud's Resort Service for 20 years, retiring in 1987.
After retirement they moved to Frankfort and lived there for 11 years. Grace and Bud spent several winters in Florida. Bud passed away on July 1, 1998. Grace spent her time between Michigan and Florida.
Grace loved to cook, bake, sew and fish. She was a member of the Rumpled Quilts Kins Club of Traverse City.
She is survived by her sons and grandchildren, son, Dr. Lee Schroeder and his son, Jeffery Lee Schroeder of Clearwater, Florida, son, Noel and his wife, Judy (Urban) of Interlochen; and grandchildren, Jason Schroeder and Sarah Schroeder of Inerlochen.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be sent to her sewing club or Munson Hospice of Traverse City.

Grace married Eldon Hayes Coller, son of William McKinley Coller and Ethel May Miller, on 14 Nov 1940 in Roseville, Macomb County, Michigan. The marriage ended in divorce. (Eldon Hayes Coller was born on 20 Sep 1919 in Sanilac County, Michigan, died on 13 Mar 2015 in Holland, Michigan and was buried in Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia, Michigan.)

Grace next married Glenn Harold Schroeder on 1 Sep 1951. (Glenn Harold Schroeder was born on 11 Oct 1922 in Warren Township, Michigan and died on 1 Jul 1998 in Frankfort, Michigan.)
